Elizabeth Quintero, director of the Spanish Language School since 2006, applies her scientific mind to the cognitive approach of the architecture of the Spanish language.

After studying sciences and earning her pharmacy degree from the
University del Valle in Cali Colombia, where she was born, she immigrated to the United States in 1991.  Her interest and love for the Spanish language, its grammar, its syntax and structure, took her to a different path and she decided to specialize in the field and to concentrate on developing the most effective way to teach this beautiful language.

Elizabeth Quintero has shared her enthusiasm and her Spanish language expertise for almost two decades. She is continuously looking for new approches to bring insight into Spanish culture, to build bridges with a cross linguistic perspective and to improve the language acquisition process.

In 2008, for the celebration of the Hispanic Heritage month, Elizabeth Quintero was invited by the Environmental Protection Agency EPA, to give a lecture to their scientific group about the development and the importance of the Spanish language in Philadelphia.

Elizabeth Quintero provided translation services for the American Red Cross and numerous individuals, and served as an interpreter for the immigration courts.  She has done instantaneous interpretations for several public events.
" Intercutural communication and communication in general shine behind words and linguistic knowledge. Communication is the connection of two minds by their thoughts and by the energy that surrounds them"
